In celebration of International Women’s Day, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite products made by female founders.
This day is obviously about so much more than just wearing a stylish tee with a catchy message. But there’s something about supporting other women-owned businesses and wearing eye-catching products that empower both yourself and those who see you wearing it.

01 – The Female Founder Collection by Alex of High Moon Studio
Alex of High Moon Studio is a super talented brand designer with a really cool Shop section of her site. A portion of the proceeds from the Female Founder Collection will be donated to Girlboss, a community of strong, curious, and ambitious women redefining success on our own terms.
“Since launching in 2014, the Girlboss Foundation has awarded over $130,000 in financial grants to female-identifying entrepreneurs, empowering them to turn their innovative ideas into the companies that will shape the future.”
02 – Graphic Tees by Polished Prints
I picked this “Badass Babes Club” tee at Camp Climb this past August and it’s one of my very faves to wear. It’s super soft, high-quality, and gives me a confidence boost. There are lots of other great options on her site, too!
03 – The “I Am Woman” Collection by Little Words Project
LWP’s Founder, Adriana, is a fun-loving, powerhouse of a business owner. The company spreads her mission of kindness and a “nice girl gang” through their adorable beaded word bracelets. Check-out this limited-edition collection, perfect for International Women’s Day.
04 – Planners & Accessories by Stil Classics
I’ve watched STIL’s founder, Marisa, over the years and have been able to connect with her on multiple occasions. She’s so generous, uplifting, and a true visionary. This winter she just opened an official brick & mortar shop space in Gastown in Vancouver and I couldn’t be happier for her. Check out all of STIL’s amazing creations that come with the benefit of a more organized life.
05 – Scarlet & Gold Shop’s RELENTLESS Hoodie
This is another women-owned business I’ve loved following over the years. Their products celebrate faith, grace, women empowerment, and a hefty dose of collegiate pride. I love seeing their collaboration with Madison Prewett of the Bachelor this year, too!
This cropped RELENTLESS hoodie is a such a good reminder to never give up on your dreams and beliefs.
06 – Mazévo Wines
I loved getting to work with this female-founded wine company this winter. Co-owner, Lindsey Combs, is such a kind, sweet soul with a big heart for bringing people together.
It’s not yet widely distributed, but if you live in Southern California, keep an eye out for it!
07 – ROEN Candles
The minimalist aesthetic of these high-end candles has been catching my eye on Instagram and it all started with a female founder, Brit Roennigke, after having her second child. Their candles also burn clean with a 40-hour burn time! I’m particularly loving their new feminine-feeling blush capsule collection.
08 – Good American Graphic Tees
This one isn’t a “small” business by any means but I’ve been hearing a lot of amazing things about what the female founders of Good American are up to. (I’m dying to try a pair of their jeans – which are committed to fit for ALL body types).
I stumbled across this Women Empower Women tee and Worthy tee which are both great options in the spirit of IWD!
09 – Flobody Fitness
I also met Flobody’s co-founder, Janie Kokakis at Camp Climb in August of 2019 and adored her from the get-go. When she told me all about the at-home all-in-one “gym” she and her husband created, I was so impressed. It’s the perfect thing to roll out and give yourself a bit of ‘you’ time before diving back into that to-do list.
I hope you found a new product to love and we’d love to hear some of your favorites in the comments below!
